Holiday Inn Express & Suites Beaver Dam by IHG

I came here with my kids in the middle of the night needing assistance and they were then willing to accommodate us, not just for one night but for two nights. This hotel is amazing and the staff has such a kind heart. I just wanted to thank anyone who was involved with our stay- from the bottom of my heart, we are very thankful for you all!!

Stayed here last weekend for my birthday. The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was nice although my only complaint was that it could use another light. The check in staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. If im ever in town again Id definitely stay here!

The staff were very accomodating, helpful and generous! When i found myself stranded there after a hard night of travel, an employee was able to give me a ride to the nearby car rental location. A real lifesaver! Thank you so much!

This was a nice hotel. Very clean and updated. The staff accommodated our room requests. The breakfast options were good but the food quality was not great. It allowed us to travel with our dogs and had a nice grassy area to take them out to. I even found they had games and puzzles in the lobby that you could take back to your room. I enjoyed doing a quick puzzle during our stay. I recommend this hotel in Beaver Dam.

This hotel is just amazing!! Very clean the beds are super comfy! I absolutely love the pancakes they are delicious the staff is super helpful and kind there are a few grumpy ones but what place doesn’t have that!! I want to give huge shoutout to my all time favorite person there miss laurie aka my bonus mom thank you for always giving it your all you have no idea how much your kindness can make a whole person day! You have such the biggest heart and such a beautiful soul so please take my advice and stay here you won’t regret it!

Nice hotel. Room was cleaned reasonably well and was properly stocked. Accommodating staff gave us more bedding in an effort to make the sofa bed more useable. The breakfast was tasty. Go early enough, like I did, and you experience a good variety. One and only problem I had, small as it was, was the odor coming from my room's air conditioner. Odd smell, almost like a wet dog or something, but I got used to it. Probably should get those cleaned more often. Other than that though, I had good experience here. Probably the best hotel option in the area.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 5 days. It’s one of the cleanest properties I stayed at. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The amenities provided by the hotel provided a lot of bang for your buck. The service is top notch as well. The staff is friendly, helpful and were amazing to interact with. I forgot a high value personal item in my room when I checked out. I realized it only later in the day. When I informed the front desk, they were extremely helpful in tracking down the item and ensuring its return to me. I appreciate all the help provided by Pam, Nancy and team!

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very basic. Sausage tasted better than it looked.
